Dr. Yousif completed medical school in Baghdad, Iraq in 1998. He practiced until 2005 then moved to Canada where he has practiced in Newfoundland from 2007-2009 then Ontario from 2009 until now.

Dr. Clayton practices a mix of urban and rural family practice, urgent care and hospital care in New Brunswick. He also works as an expedition physician. Dr. Clayton completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours at the University of New Brunswick and Doctor of Medicine Degree at Memorial University, where he finished on the Dean’s List. He completed his Family Medicine training through Dalhousie University.

Dr. Cusack has been practicing Family Medicine in Charlottetown for the past 15 years. He also works in a busy walk-in clinic two days a week and heads up to the Surgical Assist group at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown.

Dr. Araghi has been practicing medicine for 17 years. She graduated from McGill University medical school in 2002 and completed her family medicine residency at the University of Toronto. She did a fellowship in low risk obstetrics shortly after graduating. She has been practicing since 2004 and has provided care for patients of all ages.

Dr. Fragapane practices Emergency and Family medicine for the Cree Nation in the native territories of the James Bay Quebec. As a physician, he mainly focuses in emergency rural medicine and pediatrics. His practice is broad, encompassing complex medical as well as psycho-social issues, in the isolated regions of northern Quebec with difficult access to diagnostic testing and specialized services. 

Dr. Fragapane is also an engineer and have an interest in artificial intelligence and medical informatics. He is certified in emergency targeted ultrasound, advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), advanced trauma life support (ATLS) and pediatric advanced life support (PALS). He holds academic positions as faculty lecturer at McGill University and associate professor of medicine at the Université du Québec en Abitibi-Témiscamingue(UQAT). He graduated from McGill Medical School in 2012 and from the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering in 2005.

Dr. Verbora practices family medicine in Toronto, and specializes in student health. He received his Bachelor of Science with Honours from the University of Windsor, his Masters of Business Administration from Odette School of Business, and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Western Ontario. Dr. Verbora completed specialty training at the Toronto Western Hospital, while acting as the OCFP (Ontario College of Family Physicians) Chair of the Residents Committee.

Dr. Fonberg is a family and emergency physician with more than 30 years of experience practicing primary care and hospital based medicine. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Western University, and his Master of Public Health from Harvard University. Throughout his career, Dr. Fonberg has practiced medicine in a variety of settings in urban and rural communities in Ontario and Canada’s Arctic, and has been Chief of Emergency Medicine and Chief of Staff at numerous hospitals in Toronto. He is a lecturer at the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine.

Dr. Dharamshi has been a staff physician in the emergency departments of the Scarborough Hospital and Rouge Valley Health System for the past 27 years. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from McMaster University, and his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Toronto. He obtained specialty training in Emergency Medicine and Sports and Rehabilitation Medicine, and is a clinical instructor and lecturer at the University of Toronto Faculty of Medicine. Dr. Dharamshi enjoys the challenges of taking care of patients with a wide variety of clinical problems, and is a strong advocate for excellent and timely healthcare.
