First, book an introductory session

Log in to Maple to book an appointment at a time that works best for you. All visits are with a medical professional who has undergone radiation oncology residency training.

The oncology navigator will discuss your case with you to understand your diagnosis, health history, expectations, and any questions you may have.

Consultation fees may apply. If you have insurance, the cost may be covered by your health benefit plan.

Next, prepare for your online consultation

During your initial assessment, the Oncology navigation specialist will review your case to determine whether or not you’re a good fit for a full consultation.

If they determine you’re a good fit, they’ll let you know to book a full consultation. You’ll need all your files gathered for this session, and the doctor will go into greater depth on your medical history and records, and answer any of your questions.

If they determine that you’re not a good fit, they’ll let you know and will talk you through next steps. You’re under no obligation to book any further visits.
